2. What does your installation process include?

We take care of everything from start to finish. Our team designs a custom lighting plan for your home or business, installs the lights safely and securely, and ensures every detail looks picture-perfect. When the season ends, we return to remove all the decorations, pack them up, and store them until next year.

3. What happens if a light stops working or something needs fixing?

No problem — we’ve got you covered. If a bulb burns out or a strand gets knocked loose, just let us know. Our team provides free maintenance throughout the season, ensuring your display stays bright and beautiful all winter long.

4. When do you take the lights down?

We typically begin takedown shortly after the New Year, once the holiday season wraps up. You don’t have to schedule or manage anything — we’ll handle removal and storage automatically. Your lights will be safely stored in our facility until next season, ready to shine again next year.
